My biggest passion both personally and professionally is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/ stressful experience. I help my clients, who include children, adolescents, and their families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships. So they can know themselves as a whole, complete and safe. I gained a wide range of experience working with children, teens, and families in outpatient programs. I graduated with my Bachelor of Human Services and continued my education in Eugene, where I received my Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience providing a variety of modalities, including CBT, TF-CBT, Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy, PMTO and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.

WHAT I’M LIKE AS A THERAPIST

I love working with children to find their passion in life support them to remove blocks that are keeping them from being their most awesome selves. My why is motivated by the children who fight to express themselves, who want to be seen in a world of unrealistic expectations and suffocating pressures. As a young child myself and grew up in a different country, I ached for ways to express myself. I found spaces that let me be me, where I was able to work through my inner turmoil. As now a Child and Family therapist, I wholeheartedly try to provide a safe therapeutic space for children and their families, who may not have had this space in the past. A space where they can express themselves while they develop self-awareness and untimely discover their true identity.
