I want to acknowledge the vulnerability, strength, and integrity it takes to commit to working on yourself. Healing from anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD, substance use, or anything that may be taking you from your most true self is challenging and you are not alone. It is important that you are provided a safe space to heal and recover as your authentic self. I have experience helping children and adults process Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), relationship issues and challenges regarding sexuality and gender.

I believe in compassion, safety, and acceptance. I am committed to building therapeutic relationships where people feel challenged, acknowledged, and supported. My goal is to hold space for you to process, heal, and discover yourself without judgment. I am honored to work together to process ways in which you can align your values and actions. During sessions, I integrate mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. I often use a solution-focused approach. You deserve to leave sessions feeling confident, safe, valued, and seen.

“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives.”

    • Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating: Recovery is possible. I am Health At Every Size (HAES) aligned and informed. I am passionate about helping to support you in finding out who your authentic self is through strengths exploration and mindfulness.
    • Dual Diagnosis: We can work together to identify underlying reasons to why substance use and mental health are connected. We can work together to challenge shame and guilt related to substance use and mental health.
