Through a trauma-informed approach, I help clients build a deeper compassion for themselves through exploration of how past experiences can impact the way we view ourselves and the world around us. I have a passion for working with people from the LGBTQIA+ community, people with ADHD/Autism, and non-traditional relationships.

“No one ever shamed themselves into better mental health.”
As a therapist I prioritize a shame-free environment mixed with a bit of humor to foster a strong relationship between my clients and myself. I believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives, and they should feel empowered in the sessions to discuss what they feel is important. I maintain a balance of meeting clients where they are at while also gently challenging them to dig deeper into their inner worlds. I draw from several different modalities to match client needs with a focus on Internal Family Systems and Feminist Narrative Therapy.
In my free time I love spending time with my family and pets, playing video games, meeting with my D&D group, and watching ridiculous amounts of reality TV.
