Mental health is a lifelong journey – I like to work with clients in order to identify barriers and obstacles in the way of them feeling like their ideal self and then work together to discover and identify strategies and tools in order to move past such barriers, often drawing on already present strengths. I have a clinical background spanning across age groups, constellation of clients (individual, couples, family), and therapeutic focuses.

“You are the sky, everything else is just the weather.”
I am trauma-informed and passionate about helping clients heal and move through challenges and onto more of what they ideally see and want from their future. I let the clients take the lead, as they are their own experts in their lived experience, present concerns, and future goals. The uniqueness and individualism that everyone brings into the therapy room is what creates such a beautiful and personalized path towards the future.
Therapy is hard, and that in itself is a strength that each client brings with them and is honored within my therapy space. Through building rapport and creating a respectful, dynamic, and trusting therapeutic relationship, I like to work collaboratively with clients to build upon their individualized strengths (deleted words here) in order to assist in growing more self-compassion, self-forgiveness, and self-esteem along the way.
