I believe that every client has the potential to live their ideal life and my role as a therapist is to help them identify current barriers and obstacles, as well as identifying strengths, tools, and coping strategies. I have previous clinical and behavioral experience across multiple settings, acuities, and age ranges.

“Its okay to be a work in progress.”
I see each client as unique and the experts on themselves. I work alongside the client to help them identify and achieve the change or goals that they want for themselves. I believe that there is no one size fits all approach to therapy and I will always work to meet the client where they are at and with the approaches that best suit them. I aim to create a safe, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental space to help the therapeutic process.
I have two dogs that always work to keep me busy. I also love reading and trying new recipes and foods.
