As the Clinical Director and founder of Selah Counseling & Wellness, I am passionate about supporting our clients and clinicians to live more authentic and integrated lives. I support our team by providing supervision, medical re-evaluations and intake assessments, where I enjoy painting the picture with you of your past experiences, present reality and your hopes for the future.
I’ve also taught as an adjunct professor at the undergraduate and graduate levels, equipping the next generation of clinicians. I value lifelong learning and have created my own continuing education content on the subjects of Human Sexuality and Clinical Documentation & Treatment Planning. I am also a Board approved Clinical Supervisor Candidate and provide clinical supervision for Board approved registered Associate clinicians.

I enjoy dance, attending concerts and musical theater, eating but not cooking all the foods, meeting new people, dressing up and wearing heels in hippie Eugene frequently, cultivating my world domination plan, neuroscience and advocating for women as an unapologetic feminist.
I am a transparent and candid therapist that strives to develop trust and create a secure relationship with you to equip your personal growth and skill development. I am passionate about breaking generational cycles, healing attachment wounds and supporting clients to move into their most authentic identities
"I will not stay, not ever again—in a room or conversation or relationship or institution that requires me to abandon myself."
I have a lifelong love of higher education and enjoy working with those participating in college/university. I love working with young adults on navigating the discovery process of who they are outside and within their family of origin.

I worked as a parent trainer providing in home intervention and enjoy supporting parents in developing age appropriate expectations, healthy attachment behaviors and learning how their own upbringing affects their current parenting behaviors.
