I’m a relational and trauma-informed therapist working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, relational issues, and the impacts of trauma. I believe that healing happens in a space of safety, compassion, and genuine understanding. My passion is helping clients slow down, deepen self-awareness, and build resilience that extends beyond our sessions.

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.”
I strive to offer a warm, collaborative, and grounded therapeutic presence. Creating a space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and not pressured to have everything figured out is very important to me. My approach balances compassion with clarity. I meet clients where they are while gently helping them build self-trust and emotional regulation.
Clients often share that they experience me as a safe, steady, and non-judgmental person to talk with. Nothing you bring into the space is too much. I’m here to sit with you through the joys, the pain, and the in-between moments, holding it together with care and curiosity. I believe meaningful change happens through connection, understanding, and feeling deeply seen.
In my personal time, I love spending quality time with my husband and our German Shepherd and Golden Retriever, exploring new restaurants, enjoying live music, and getting outdoors as much as possible. I also value connecting with family and friends.
