I’m a relational and trauma-informed therapist working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, relational issues, and the impacts of trauma. I believe that healing happens in a space of safety, compassion, and genuine understanding. My passion is helping clients slow down, deepen self-awareness, and build resilience that extends beyond our sessions.
Mikaela provides individual therapy for adults, ages 18 and up.

I strive to offer a warm, collaborative, and grounded therapeutic presence. Creating a space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and not pressured to have everything figured out is very important to me. My approach balances compassion with clarity. I meet clients where they are while gently helping them build self-trust and emotional regulation.
Clients often share that they experience me as a safe, steady, and non-judgmental person to talk with. Nothing you bring into the space is too much. I’m here to sit with you through the joys, the pain, and the in-between moments, holding it together with care and curiosity. I believe meaningful change happens through connection, understanding, and feeling deeply seen.
In my personal time, I love spending quality time with my husband and our German Shepherd and Golden Retriever, exploring new restaurants, enjoying live music, and getting outdoors as much as possible. I also value connecting with family and friends.
“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.”
I work with clients processing relational wounds and past trauma, supporting them in building self-compassion, self-trust, and healthier internal and relational patterns.
I enjoy helping clients understand how anxiety and stress show up in their minds and bodies, and supporting them in learning tools to respond with greater calm, clarity, and choice rather than reactivity.
I support adults navigating overwhelm, distraction, and burnout. Much of this work involves reducing shame, understanding protective patterns, and creating sustainable structure that fits each client’s unique needs.
