Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical mental health counseling to a variety of clients
  • Conduct intake assessments and diagnosis
  • Engage clients in collaborative mental health treatment planning with measurable objectives supporting diagnosis and symptom management
  • Adhere to all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed with Selah Counseling & Wellness
  • Engage in team communication and requests including responding in a timely manner
  • Participate in peer review, clinical consultation and training opportunities
  • Timely completion of client documentation in accordance with company policies

  • Opportunities to diversify job tasks to administrative and clinical supervision of associates as available


Qualifications:

  • Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
  • Candidates must possess an Oregon license or have the ability to pursue an Oregon license with the appropriate Board (OBLPCT/OBLSW)
  • Candidates must be able to practice in the State of Oregon without restrictions
  • Applicants are required to pass a criminal background check
  • Candidates must be self-motivated and directed and take initiative
  • Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and resilience
  • Applicant’s values must align with the practice’s of transparency and ongoing growth
  • Candidates are required to have computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize electronic health record software
  • Candidates need to be willing to panel with health insurance carriers


Schedule:

  • Selah Counseling & Wellness offers part-time (12-20 client sessions per week) or full-time (24-28 client sessions per week) positions
  • Flexible scheduling including late start options


Compensation

  • Competitive commission-based reimbursement starting at 60% of billed client hours
  • Commission-based reimbursement equates to approximately $90,000-$110,000 a year based on a full-time 24+ client hours per week (approximately 32 hour week with documentation, etc.)
    • Clinical psychologists reimbursement to be determined due to different reimbursement rates
  • Paid weekly case consultation and mentoring opportunities
