Job Summary & Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical mental health counseling to a variety of clients
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessments and diagnoses
  • Engage clients in collaborative treatment planning with measurable objectives
  • Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical codes governing clinical practice at Selah Counseling & Wellness
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with the team, including responding to emails and requests
  • Participate in peer review, clinical consultation, and training opportunities
  • Complete client documentation in a timely manner in accordance with company policies
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

  • Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Candidates must hold an Oregon license or be eligible to pursue licensure with the appropriate board (OBLPCT or OBLSW)
  • Candidates must be able to practice in the State of Oregon without restrictions
  • Applicants must pass a criminal background check
  • Candidates must possess basic computer skills and the ability to learn electronic health record (EHR) software
  • Candidates must be willing to become credentialed with health insurance carriers

Schedule

  • Full-time positions: minimum of 24 sessions per week, up to 30
  • Part-time positions: minimum of 12 sessions per week, up to 20
  • Flexible scheduling, including late-start options

Compensation

  • Commission-based reimbursement: 40% for Associates and 60% for fully licensed clinicians
  • Clinical psychologists: compensation determined based on reimbursement rates
  • Structured clinical and documentation training for Associates to support skill development and specialization
