What I'm Like as a Therapist

I’m compassionate and take pride in being an encouraging support that loves to dive deep and promote real growth and change.

Personal Interests

Outdoor adventures (paddle boarding, mountain biking, camping)!; Spending time with my family, watching the Ducks and Seahawks!

“It's time for you to look inward and start asking yourself the big questions. Who are you? And what do you want?”

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Relationship Growth & Attachment

I’m passionate about helping people in relationships build deeper connections through clear communication, healthy boundaries, and mutual understanding. This often involves navigating fundamental differences—whether in personality, values, or ways of being—as well as working through past hurts and breaches of trust. Sometimes, it’s about learning new skills to foster growth and strengthen your bond. Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is to help you and your partner better understand yourselves and each other so you can create the most fulfilling relationship possible.

Sexual Addiction & Healing

I’m deeply committed to providing a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore and work through sexual addiction and related concerns. I view sexuality as a vital part of overall well-being and aim to help clients cultivate greater self-awareness, mindfulness, and healing in this area of their lives.

Trauma Processing:

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to carry the weight of past wounds that continue to affect daily life. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means transforming open wounds into scars that tell a story of strength and resilience. In our work together, I draw from Internal Family Systems and Narrative Therapy to help you make sense of your trauma, integrate it meaningfully into your life, and move forward with greater clarity and empowerment. My goal is to support you in not just surviving, but truly thriving.
