Alex Harrison, MA

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a space for you that feels safe to explore yourself and the world around you. Every area of our lives are connected and to achieve health it is important to look at our physical, emotional and spiritual selves. I feel honored to walk with you on this journey and use an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness influences to achieve the goals we create with one another.

Alex works with tweens and teens in individual and couples therapy settings, Ages 12+

What I'm Like as a Therapist

By just showing up you have taken the first step to becoming the best person you can be. We all have strengths inside of us though we may not always see them ourselves. Together we can identify those strengths and gain new perspectives. I am here to provide a judgment free space where these explorations are possible.

Personal Interests

I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and faith community and attending sporting events.

"Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you’re feeling. To have hard conversations."
