I believe that mental health is of utmost importance in order to function as a healthy individual and that it also affects and relates to our physical, emotional and spiritual health. I believe all of these areas are interconnected and have an impact on how we view ourselves, those around us and how we perceive our world.
I work with tweens, teens and adults, ages 10+

“You are valuable because you exist. Not because of what you do or what you have done but simply because you are.”
During my internship, I worked with clients who were struggling with anxiety and am able to support and assist in identifying triggers as well as utilizing healthy coping skills to reduce symptoms of anxiety.
I also worked with individuals struggling with depression and am able to walk alongside those who need support in developing healthy strategies to combat symptoms of depression.
I was able work with clients of faith who wanted to incorporate spirituality into their therapeutic process. I am able to support and encourage a healthy spiritual lens into therapy and am open to utilizing this as much as clients desire.
