Jackie Martin, CSWA

I believe that therapy can be a window into cultivating our most authentic selves that can be difficult to access for a range of reasons. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop effective coping strategies. By fostering a collaborative relationship built on trust and empathy, I hope to empower you to harness your inner strengths and achieve lasting positive changes in your life.

I integrate a multimodal approach tailored to your specific needs that incorporates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, and somatic experiencing to address a range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, body issues, and situational distress.

Jackie works with tweens, teens and adults, Ages 12+

What I'm Like as a Therapist

I am a transparent, authentic, and reliable clinician. I strive to tailor the therapeutic experience to meet your specific needs. I value practicing unconditional positive regard. I continue to grow as a clinician through continuing education and research.

Personal Interests

I enjoy cooking, traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with loved ones. I care for my small dog and two cats. I am a Pilates and yoga enthusiast, both of which have supported me in my own healing journey. I try not to take myself too seriously and find humor in many aspects of my life.

There's a lot of beauty in ordinary things. Isn't that the point?
