I am a transparent, authentic, and reliable clinician. I strive to tailor the therapeutic experience to meet your specific needs. I value practicing unconditional positive regard. I continue to grow as a clinician through continuing education and research.

Personal Interests

I enjoy cooking, traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with loved ones. I care for my small dog and two cats. I am a Pilates and yoga enthusiast, both of which have supported me in my own healing journey. I try not to take myself too seriously and find humor in many aspects of my life.
